Educational Purpose Only
Beaver O! provides educational content only. The Service helps you prepare for the Canadian citizenship test through practice questions, mock tests, and study tools based on publicly available study materials such as Discover Canada.
Beaver O! is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any government body. Passing practice sessions in the app does not guarantee success on the official test. Official requirements, questions, and procedures may change without notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Share account credentials or circumvent subscription limits
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute content without written permission
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
User Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its content, features, and branding, is owned by HITC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Discover Canada and official government materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and subject to those platforms' terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HITC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON STUDY CONTENT OR TEST RESULTS WITHIN THE APP.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for other reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
